This position is responsible for the effective management of low-income rental units, and for operating and maintaining them in accordance with policies and procedures established by the Housing Authority and other applicable regulations. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor Degree in business administration, public administration, or related field and/or a minimum of four years of or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.
